We offer a range of service contracts and maintenance packages.
Commissioning & Validation
Many customers require full IQ-OQ for their projects. We pride ourselves on being able to provide the necessary documentation and its implementation, from URS right through to life-cycle re-qualification.
Training
Training on operation, user maintenance and basic safety, including biological safety, is normally provided at installation.
Detailed training for customers’ engineering staff on maintenance and testing can also be provided if requested.
Further training on GMP, validation, standards and guidelines can be arranged. Training is supplemented where necessary by experts who are qualified in their respective fields.
